Autechre

Confield is the sixth studio album by electronic music duo Autechre, released by Warp Records in 2001. While the foundations of most tracks were built using computers, several pieces also incorporate analog synthesizers and conventional drum machines. The album received a polarized critical reception: Pitchfork awarded it an 8.8/10—the highest score the site has ever given an Autechre record—whereas AllMusic and Blender offered more moderate 3/5 ratings.
